Drowning Room (2000)

Using text from All Spoken By a Shining Creature, a play by Kevin Oakes, Drowning Room was a performance that placed 4 performers in a space with no entrance or exit exploring the power dynamics that develop over long periods of time. The show featured interactive water-powered sculptures and a 400-gallon water tank. The audience was not seated and was integrated into the performance environment.
